Follow Travel Alerts and Warnings
A Worldcare Travel Insurance policy provides all the advantages of quality travel insurance, together with emergency assistance from Allianz Global Assistance, meaning you can travel with confidence, knowing we are there to help you.
However, it is important to know that our policies have general exclusions, including a general exclusion against travelling when there is a travel alert or warning in place. This means that you may not be covered for any claims that arise from your decision not to follow the advice issued by a government, official body, or reliable media source for your travel destination. Please note, that this also applies even if the Australian government has given you permission to travel, or you fall under a specific exemption where there is otherwise a travel ban in place.
Please refer to General Exclusions in the Product Disclosure Statement for additional information and a full list of exclusions.
