Our Multi-Trip insurance is designed to cover you for multiple journeys within a 12 month period subject to each journey being within the maximum trip duration you select.
This policy is designed to cover additional expenses if you become sick or are unable to travel, and extends to your accompanying spouse and dependants, listed on the Certificate of Insurance. Cover for lost luggage (including laptops, tablet computers, cameras, mobile phones and electronic gadgets—limits apply*) is also included. Stolen cash and stolen travel documents are included in the international policy*.
We also offer rental vehicle excess cover, designed to cover the excess specified in the rental agreement or the property damage you're liable to pay if you have an accident while driving a rental vehicle, or it is damaged or stolen while in your custody*.
Each journey made on a Multi-Trip plan must start and finish in Australia, and the maximum journey period for any one trip is either 15 days, 30 days or 45 days, as selected by you.
The Multi-Trip plan may cover you for both international and domestic journeys, however, any travel within Australia must include a destination at least 250 kilometres from your home.
Our Multi-trip Plan is only available to travellers who are aged under 75 years at the time the Certificate of Insurance is issued.
