How am I assured of a fair decision when making a claim?
Allianz and Allianz Global Assistance proudly support the General Insurance Code of Practice.
The purpose of the Code is to raise standards of practice and service in the general insurance industry.
If your claim is refused you can request a review. If Allianz Global Assistance refuse your claim again, you may refer this decision to one of their trained Internal Dispute Resolution Officers.
If this does not resolve the matter, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) the industry’s independent external complaints scheme:
